LINCOLN, NE – Sen. Bob Krist, and Sen. Lynne Walz, candidates for Governor and Lt. Governor, will conduct a roundtable discussion on Behavioral and Mental Health in Nebraska Schools, on Friday, June 15, at the Kneale Administration Building, West Conference Room, 123 S Webb Rd, Grand Island.
Starting at 3:30, after the roundtable discussion, media are invited to attend a briefing by Krist, Walz and other attendees.
Hosted by Dr. Robin Dexter, Associate Superintendent of Grand Island Public Schools, Sens. Krist and Walz have invited area school administrators, educators, experts in behavioral and mental health, and other community leaders to participate in Friday’s roundtable.
This is the first of several roundtable discussions around the state that will focus on behavioral and mental health and school safety hosted by Krist and Walz.
